Experian QAS is committed to using address data from a recognised primary source, typically the national postal authority - New Zealand Post. This ensures that our customer have data that is complete, regularly updated and properly licensed.
Experian QAS and New Zealand Post have formed a strategic alliance, and all QAS software applications are endorsed by New Zealand Post.
New Zealand SendRight Certified
New Zealand Post has introduced new postcodes, address standards and bulk mail product requirements. These new changes are part of the SendRight Address Accuracy programme, created to encourage and assist mailers to use correct and standardised address information.
As of 1st July, 2008, New Zealand Post will require compliance with the new SendRight standards to entitle you to bulk mailing discounts.
Experian QAS Ltd is a pleased to be one of the first New Zealand Post partners to offer SendRight certified software solutions. To qualify for the bulk mail discounts you will need a Statement of Accuracy (SOA) certificate. The SOA reports the percentage of postal addresses in your mailing database that have been validated against the NZ Post Postal Address File (PAF).
